| Join the Merritt family on October 12, 2009 as they host The 3rd Annual Collard Cup Challenge at Castle Bay Golf Course in Hampstead, North Carolina. Played in "Captain's Choice" format, the tournament is a good time for a great cause- in 2008, The Collard Cup Challenge raised over $2800 for The Ethan Boone Fund. The trophy presentation will take place in the Clubhouse following the tournament. In addition to the coveted and much sought-after COLLARD CUP, prizes will be awarded for the longest drive, closest to the pin and best "show of temper" in true Merritt fashion. If you find yourself a bit off your game, console yourself at the delicious buffet to follow. Tee time is 9:30 am. Costs are $30 per player (regular club fees only) and a donation (at your own discretion) towards The Ethan Boone Fund. |
